Before you sign.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. All 27 staff are salaried and declared employees of Étage. That is what lets us guarantee the same team and the same quality.
What if someone is absent?
The dedicated manager sends a trained replacement. You are told before, not after.
How are hours counted?
Every visit is clocked in DOT on arrival and departure. You receive the detail each month with the invoice.
Do you work at night or early morning?
Yes. Slots follow your activity: before opening, between services, after check-out.
Is a long commitment required?
No. Monthly renewable contract, with a first trial visit to judge the result.
